If I have questions once I arrive at the Summit, where should I go?
Summit staff will be available to answer any questions at the Registration & Information Center in Princess Ballroom from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12; 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13; and 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 14.
What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable; therefore, the dress code during the Summit is business/resort casual. This means long pants and sports shirts for men and casual pants and skirts for women. All receptions, dinners and lunches are business casual except for Wednesday’s Farewell Reception and Dinner, which will require a jacket for the men. Although the temperature should be quite pleasant during the day, the evenings could be chilly, therefore, you may want to dress appropriately.
What meals are included?
The Sourcing USA Summit officially begins with the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Monday evening, November 12, and concludes with guest departures on Thursday, November 15. All meals are group functions during this time and are provided as part of this special event. Any food and beverage purchased outside of these functions will need to be paid by the attendee. This includes — but is not limited to — restaurants, bars and room service.
What nights of lodging are provided?
Summit registration includes three room nights: Monday, November 12, Tuesday, November 13, and Wednesday, November 14. When making travel plans, please consider arriving on the morning of November 12 and departing when convenient on November 15th so that you can take advantage of all Summit events.
